The environment is great and the small play area for the children is a good idea, however the service in this place really lets it down. We arrived and stood at the counter waiting to be served, there were 3 young assistants here. After more than 5 minutes of just being stood there, when they weren't serving anyone else I actually had to ask to be served. Once we'd finished I said to the young girl serving ' Hi, we've finished', not being sure of what happened next with the unglazed items I assumed she might come over and tell us what to do, she disappeared into the back office. I popped to the counter and told someone else we had finished, who had appeared from the back smelling of chips, and at this point we paid. The whole experience was let down by the young kids 'running' the place. Plus we paid 50 for 3 items, which was steep.

A cosy place with tasty food and a play area for kids both upstairs and downstairs. A great place for party. Any gipsum figures can be bought and painted.
Wonderful little shop with friendly and informative staff. The prices are very reasonable compared to other pottery places, and the cafe makes a nice addition. It has a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an afternoon of painting and eating cake with friends. They even have a small play area for younger children who might get bored.
