Comfy beds and helpful staff. I wasnt able to get good wifi in the room. Which was vital as I only had my Canadian phone. I put in a complaint and got a refund for my night. Great customer service
Stayed for 1 night. Ideal for a stopover. Comfy bed, TV, tea/coffee in room. Great breakfast too.
An older building but the room was the usual excellent standard and so was the service.It only gets 4 stars because of the service in the restaurant at breakfast which wasn't up to what you'd expect.Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are okay but the staff's attitudes towards customer's needs changing, the M,way was closed due to an accident I rang ahead to ask for food to be made up and kept for my arrival even a sandwich but they said NO UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.. won't be staying here again I'm afraid
Brilliant staff rooms where surprisingly spacious. Very clean. Cant get over how lovely the staff was. They couldn't have been better. They even gave my friends who where getting married flowers and a card too.
