The actual Nursery teachers are brilliant however Happy Days has recently gone downhill due to the absolutely rubbish new management and admin staff. They seem to have no idea what they are doing, you never see the same person twice and they now let you in without asking who you are (this never used to happen), I am pretty sure I could leave the Nursery with all the children and no one on the front desk would bat an eyelid. The management are very poor at communicating with parents about anything and even undertaking simple task, such as providing a parent with a quote for changing your childs hours becomes a similar experience to banging your head against a brick wall. Until the management and admin staff sort themselves out AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
