I have been viewing properties with Chappell and Matthews recently and find their service to be friendly and professional, I recommend them as they have good knowledge of the properties I have viewed with them.

I got good advice on the area and a more active service than I got from the other agents in the area - of course, it depends what property is available, but I think the level of area knowledge and care probably reflects well on their selling service as well.

I also used their in house solicitors and this also was a straight forward process. I would highly recommend talking to the guys here if you are thinking of selling.
These idiots keep sending me junk mail trying to sell my house for me when my house is not even on the market and wont be. Its a house with a similar name to mine thats on the market in the Village. I did leave them a voicemail informing them of this last time they sent a letter but Im still getting letters from them. Therefore if they cant even get the right house after being told, its not much of a recommendation to use them if you are selling in my opinion.
