orderd food twice now in month and it's either burned or got hair in the pizza worse then that the staff are so rude and unhelpful half my friends stoped going here now loads of people in thornbury are talking about how rude and DESCUSTING it is one neighbour seen the delivery man eat the other persons food out the blue bag reported nothink done about it if u want nice food go to the mumtaz allways good food and polite not like these people the price off the pizza thay be better with customers will never eat out here agin
The service over the phone and delivery was outstanding and fast..only only problem is the prices..but ok for a treat now and then.
Website order didn't go through to shop despite saying successful.Had to re-order and wait another half an hour. Staff were polite so cant blame them, will go straight to shop next time as this is second time that this has happened.

Terrible service lately! Dont no whats going on!, me & my partner do get a dominoes atleast once a month, the last two times it has been dreadful, greasy, the toppings all over the place, really badly made, i never write bad reviews but im fed up now! Orderded a meal deal on the 27th of feb, it was that terrible we rang for a refund, she said yes will take 5 working days for the money to go back into the bank, its now the 14th of march & still no refund, we have rang multiple times & no one seems to no how to do the refund & manager hasnt call us back after asking for him/her multiple times also.
