Rang customer services to place an order which was put through on the phone and paid. Confirmed that I could request a Saturday delivery and had no response of confirmation.Rang customer service at the end of the day and they had no record of the order. They assured me that I could have the items for the following Saturday and that they would get back to me.No response, so rang them again only to find out that I had wasted my time as they can't guarantee Saturday deliveries and now are taking them 3-5 days to refund me the money.Would never use this company ever again.
AVOID!!!! i would give zero star if possible (but i had to give one to post comments) Appalling service, no confirmation emails, no one returns calls, we ordered several desks desks in November 17, two were missing the end panels, items still not arrived (now Feb 18)I suspect they just say something is in stock, you wait forever on the phone to speak to someone (average wait time 20-30 mins). so we have two desks in the office we can not even use, they will not collect them or send us the end panels, im fuming No apologies offered from Office Supermarket either.. AVOID at all costs!!!!
Like other I wish I had read this review site before ordering. We've only just made the order but didn't get an email confirmation. Spent over half an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone.The numbers advertised on their website don't work and they certainly don't answer calls in under 2 minutes. Shocking customer service thus far.Tempted to cancel the order after 30 minutes of ordering!!!
