Stay clear! Total scam artists should have listened to previous reviews! Dont waste your money and just pay extra to a verified national franchise company that little extra, as these weirdos will scam you into hiring a shabby van and shoddy service! Not reasonable, dont honour what they state, will definitely say anything just to scam you out of your money, stay away if you dont want a really bad service guys, as you get what you pay for truly...
The service was the most friendly... even they waited for us an extra 10 min to allow refuelling the van.. really happy with the service
ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! Wouldnt use again, staff are so mobid, not helpful on service or information they provide act like they are being forced to work for food! Vans are falling apart as they are ex writeoff vehicles repaired by the manager at the back of the office on site, wouldnt recommend anyone driving one for your own safety as mine felt like a shed!!! Complained to the so called manager but didnt have the decency to even give a partial refund or replacement as hes just a private individual who owns the company and is tight as hell wouldnt let a penny role past him without having a heart attack! Stay well clear if you dont want a cowboy 1994 dated shoddy wannabe franchise service FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY!
Extremely avoid at all cost , lieing, cheating, deceiving scam artist who will do anything to make a extra 1 seriously! Main main manager Mr Phil Steer of the business is a scam artist who also has his minions trained the same working for him on the payroll, beware as purchased a secondhand car part from his Thornby van hire business but later to find out he deals in dodgy car parts round the back yard as well as renting out unreliable vans to the public. He made me travel from a very far distant and tried to rip me off by selling me a totally different item then described and didnt have the decency to apologies or refund fuel costs but instead just told me to leave simply if I didnt want it and was very cold in his replies! He uses his Ebay account as the platform and acts like butter wouldnt melt but do not be deceived my his put on posh soft approach, do not be fooled, avoid him and his staff as they are running a joint fraudulent business from the back and the dodgy vans for hire are just a cover up, do not use at any cost please!
